I’m Ivy Rose McLeod, an Atlanta based Freelance Graphic Designer. My background is in the fashion industry as a textile designer developing print and pattern. I have a deep wealth of experience researching trends, working from reference and using licensed artwork. My experience has taught me how to work in a resourceful and rapid manner. I am an enthusiastic member of Local 479 as a Graphic Artist. Workdays on a production are full of constantly shifting priorities, timelines and deliverables. I enjoy the challenge of racing the clock to meet the asks of each day. I also make it my business to enjoy my workday and create the space for others to share that experience. I’m highly organized and enjoy detangling tricky problems. In my freelance practice I enjoy collaborating with small businesses and exploring surface design. I studied Fine Art at Guilford College and Art-For-Money at Miami Ad School. I am an enthusiastic vintage shopper, as well as a dedicated caretaker to a Pomeranian and a small indoor jungle of houseplants. I am very interested in the ways that collaborating makes us all stronger.
